Surrounded by historic farms directly on the village square, with great views of the mountains and everything you need in the immediate vicinity. The south apartment on the 2nd floor is the smallest of our apartments. It has also been lovingly restored, is flooded with light, has a gallery and a ceiling height of over 5 m, and the south-facing balcony offers a pure mountain view.

Beautifully restored home "Die Alpe" in Garmisch. We call this apartment Gams or mountain goat. The Gams has natural stone and oak wood floors, a kitchen with cozy seating area, living room, bedroom, second open loft bedroom and modern bathroom. Explore the loving details to be found throughout the apartment. Our goal is that you look forward to returning "home" at the end of a full day of sports or sightseeing. You can walk to shops/restaurants/bars in 5 min. Enjoy and relax during your stay!

The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully located in the Olympia Region Seefeld overlooking the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the Peace Bell, which rings every day at 5 pm as a sign of peace. This beautiful spot of land is called the swallow's nest of Tyrol because of its sun-drenched altitude at 1200 m. Our new apartment "Serlesblick" is also located in our house on the 1st floor and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people!
