For rent is a rustic, secluded alpine hut (Aste), almost 400 years old, at about 1300 meters above sea level. It is located in North Tyrol, in the south of the Inn Valley in the Karwendel Silver Region at the foot of the Tuxer Alps with the Gilfert, Hirzer and Wildofen. A fantastic view compensates for the simple standard without a bathroom. The southwest location is the starting point for wonderful mountain hikes in the Karwendel Silver Region or for ski tours in the legendary area around the Gilfert in the west of the Zillertal.

You live in a small Tyrolean wooden house (26 sqm), in a quiet location, surrounded by forest. It consists of a living room/bedroom with a large bed (180x200), a small kitchen and a balcony. You can start hiking trails, mountain or bike tours directly from the house. You can charge your e-bike in the garage. In winter there is a cross-country ski trail on the plateau, and the ski areas are about 20 km away. Shops, a bank and a pharmacy are within 2 km. The hosts live in the house next door.

So close to the city and yet in the middle of nature! 2-room basement apartment (eat-in kitchen with pull-out day bed, bedroom with water bed), of course with bathroom, toilet and private entrance. The Ederhof is a permaculture farm in the Großglockner area, Hohe Tauern National Park. A small alpine hut with an earth sauna and a wet biotope, located about 200m from the farmstead. The hut, with a view of the mountains and into the valley, is quaint and cozy in its simplicity. Natural materials give the living comfort a lovely warm character. With its restriction to the essentials, it provides the space for silence. The alpine hut can be booked all year round.

The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully located in the Olympia Region Seefeld overlooking the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the Peace Bell, which rings every day at 5 pm as a sign of peace. This beautiful spot of land is called the swallow's nest of Tyrol because of its sun-drenched altitude at 1200 m. Quietly located, yet just a 5-minute walk from the ski bus stop and back to the house on skis. Ski down the legendary "Streif" in Austria's largest connected ski area. The village center with shops and restaurants is a 7-minute walk away. The hotel around the corner also offers the opportunity to enjoy a spa day. Many interesting activities await you off the slopes, too: ski touring, ice climbing, snowshoe hikes, tobogganing on the Gaisberg...

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Zitadelle – Dream house surrounded by greenery

The solid wood house is located in the middle of Igls, the cozy district of Innsbruck, in the southern low mountain range. The house rests charmingly among the old fruit trees of our garden. The living space is flooded with light and generous. From the sweeping southwest balcony you can see far into the Upper Inn Valley. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.
