The 40 sqm apartment with 10 sqm balcony is located in a residential complex, which is about 800 m from Lake Weissensee and 10 km from the Breitenberg cable car. The surroundings are therefore perfect for swimming, skiing, hiking and cycling. In the basement there is a swimming pool and a sauna, which can be reached via a basement corridor. Outside there is a barbecue area, a tennis court, and a mini-golf course. Important: In November, the pool & sauna are usually closed for maintenance.

The second bedroom is created in the living room/dining room as the sofa is converted in to a double bed (140x190)cm and an extra mattress, makes it very comfy. Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau.
