We booked a spontaneous short stay in Cesenatico and the accommodation was really nice for that. It is three minutes to the beach, the area is quiet and the amenities really good! Sabina was very friendly and flexible.

We stayed 3 days for the April 25 bridge. Petra is a super helpful and very kind person! If I had to go back to that area, I would not hesitate to contact you!

This homestay is next to the train station, and there is also a parking lot downstairs, so it's easy to get public transportation and a private car as a temporary place to stay.The apartment is a layout of two bedrooms and one living room, the host was also very accommodating, the host also prepared a simple breakfast for us, even if it was very late, and patiently helped. We enjoyed our 10 day stay in Cervia. Tania's home makes a high quality impression and is basically well-equipped. The location in the quiet residential area is very pleasant. A small pizzeria as well as an ice cream parlor are within 2 minutes walking distance (we always found it very tasty). We particularly liked the bicycles, which we have used daily for shopping or excursions. Tania was an open, helpful and very kind host!

We stayed for one week in this apartment, and I’d like to say that it’s a perfect place. Quiet and charming with a beautiful environment. Irene was very responsive and ready to help with any questions or issues. And thank you for the delicious wine and breakfast.

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

Elisa's apartment was very cosy and we loved the mid century theme. Elisa was very responsive to messages and was lovely when we met her briefly Very quiet neighbourhood and only 10 minutes walk from the centre and 20 minutes from the station. Supermarket and laudrette 5 mins away. We enjoyed our stay in Ravenna.

We felt very comfortable in this very individual accommodation, whose furniture has been family-owned for a long time. The house with its beautiful garden is in the middle of fields in a very rural area and has a lot of charm. There are only two neighbors in the immediate vicinity, so it is usually quiet. We did a great trip to Urbino and found the area overall delightful. Thank you very much for sharing this special place.

The house is large new and clean, large living room, two bedrooms, good bathroom and practically furnished kitchen. Actually better than description. Host is helpful and kind. Thera are many attractions around, within 10-30 mins drive. Not walking friendly place but quiet and peaceful. Has large garden and terrace.

I stayed in this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the roofs of the historic center — really evocative! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to move around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

What can I say, we spent a peaceful and quiet week, just what we needed, there was no shortage of moments of camaraderie between the nice neighbors and the owner Leonardo who made sure we had everything we needed, always available to satisfy our every request and pleasant company, always discreet but at the same time always present when needed, but above all he made us feel at home! We booked for a fair event with colleagues and had a great time. The house is warm and cozy, nothing is missing! The stay experience was excellent, as was the hospitality and availability of the owner.

Very good location and from the house you could see San Marino as well as small town Verucchio. Very good place to enjoy the peaceful house and feel the interaction with nature. Chiara is a very warm-heart host and patient to answer our questions. Her pets are also very friendly. I will recommend this apartment to everyone:)

We planned to go to the sea to see the sunrise so chose this house and veronica responded very quickly and will help solve the problem in time.The location is also good and easy to walk to the sea🥰🥰🥰

first of all, at a communicative level we can say that he is the best host 2) took us from the train station to the apartment (which is no small thing) 3) an unexpected inconvenience happened to the apartment, but he intervened immediately and resolved everything. 4) the accommodation is mega comfortable, sea view, equipped with everything you need maybe if all the hosts were like him thank you very much, we were lucky to have done our experience there. :)
