In summer, at low water, there are beautiful gravel banks and opportunities to refresh yourself + waterfall. Guest house and village shop are within 5 minutes' walking distance.

Das Apartment liegt auf einem kleinen Biohof, den ich nach Permakultur-Prinzipien führe. Auf den Wiesen leben Hirsche, es gibt Hühner, Bienen, Katzen und einen Fischteich.

Surrounded by 2 hectares of meadow, 1 hectare of forest, a place for retreat, for family vacations, for "Simply being in Hollenstein". Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag bike path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right by the house when the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

The apartment is located in the heart of Waidhofen an der Ybbs, the pearl of the Ybbstal, and is the ideal starting point for an adventure. Waidhofen captivates with a charming old town and beautiful surroundings in the foothills of the Alps, perfect for hiking, biking (Ybbstal bike path) and unwinding. Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

Ideal getaway cabin Feel yourself and nature. In the vicinity are the 3 Lunzer lakes, the Ötscher-Tormäuer Nature Park and beautiful mountain and hiking routes! In the surrounding restaurants, inns and taverns you will be spoiled with culinary delights. Access to the cabin is possible by car via a gravel road.
