Our annex is a peaceful and rejuvenating place, between lake and ocean. It is the perfect base for exploring the Médoc: Lake Hourtin, the ocean beaches of Pin Sec and Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac-sur-Mer, the Gironde estuary, vineyards... The accommodation has been recently renovated in a cabin style. It can accommodate: - up to 3 adults, - or 2 adults and 1 child. Possibility of accommodating a 2nd child upon prior request.

Bright accommodation close to all amenities about 5 min (city centre, shopping centre, train station, nursing school, etc.) and 20 min from the beaches by car. Sleeps 4 people, consisting of a bedroom with a 160 bed, a second bedroom with two 90 beds, a sofa bed in the living room, linen provided (duvet, sheets, towels), optional and on request cot (10 euros). No smoking and no pets allowed. Parking on enclosed grounds.

The mill is located on a wine estate, 15 to 30 minutes from the classified grand crus of St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Close to the ocean beaches of Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (25 to 40 minutes) Bordeaux is 1 hour away.
