Monthly Rentals in Gainsford End

Air B/B was great, Very good hosts who gave clear instructions to find and enter .Also left some nice food items which was great. Place is rural and quiet near a working farm. Nice outside space when the weather is nice. We had a great stay for a nearby wedding in the castle. The property is ideally located for such local events. All in all would not hesitate to recommend.

What a wonderful and thoughtfully appointed space! Jan and Dave were both incredibly friendly and kind. The fridge was stocked with breakfast items and they even proactively accommodated my dietary restrictions. Jan offered to get things from the pharmacy when I wasn’t feeling well. The little space is full of light and very pleasantly decorated. I really enjoyed sitting in the backyard. The bed was comfortable. Lots of great forests to walk in within a ten minute drive. One of my favorite Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in, and I’ve been in over 70. Wonderful place, hosts, and stay! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. 😊

The Cart Lodge was absolutely perfect. The living space was comfortable and spacious, the kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were very comfy, and the shower had really good water pressure. There was lots of natural light in the property from all the windows, and the views across the countryside were just beautiful. The local treats left for us on arrival were a lovely surprise, and Angela was a very friendly and communicative host. We would definitely recommend!

Amazing place. Very close to Stansted airport. We only stay for the night so haven’t seen the surrounding village. But the place seems quite quiet with beautiful surroundings, great for a good night sleep before the flight. The property is very clean and has everything we needed. It was great to include cot. Chris gave us a lift to the airport and let us park the car during our stay. We were impressed this was even possible on a place from Airbnb. Chris was very helpful and kind. We definitely recommend this place and we will definitely use it again in the future.
