For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. The underfloor heating, as well as the predominantly wooden furnishings, ensure a special feel-good factor. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. This quiet apartment with its modern kitchen, a cosy living room and its beautiful view is perfect to spend a relaxing holiday.

The Lengalmhütte 2 for 2 to 4 people with its own sauna is located in Lengdorf (Niedernsill), a few minutes from Kaprun. Lengalmhütte 2 features a sauna (outside), a terrace, a fireplace, a seating area with a sofa and a rocking chair, a flat-screen TV with Netflix & Amazon Video, Wi-Fi and a bathroom with a shower, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stovetop, kettle and coffee maker.
