The first room is the fully equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher and TV and access to the balcony. The second and third rooms are both double rooms with shower and toilet. It is not a self-contained apartment but all rooms are individually lockable.

The apartment is good for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers. In these special times we pay even more attention to the cleaning, disinfection and ventilation of the apartment. A day break is taken between the individual bookings ( arrival and departure) in order to have sufficient time for the measures.

My property is in the beautiful Isarwinkel in Upper Bavaria, surrounded by mountains and meadows. You'll love my place because of the quiet location in the middle of our unique hedge landscape. We have a farm with a dairy operation. Children especially love to pet the little calves and play with the cats. But it is also a good retreat for stressed couples or business travelers.
