An hour's drive from Lillehammer, Viken Fjellgård is idyllically located by the lake Espedalsvatnet. With us, our guests can use our two boats, and canoe freely, or enjoy themselves on the pier with swimming, fishing, fire pan and food. You can go on a mountain hike right from the farm, stroll in the forest, or walk on the trails around the water. In late summer and autumn it is nice to pick mushrooms and berries. It is a 5 min drive to the high mountains, and it is only 45 min drive to Jotunheimvegen and Jotunheimen's beautiful surrounding area.

Cabin at lovely Gålå

Our rich part of a semi-detached home in quiet surroundings is rented to law enforcement. The home is 45 sqm, of an older standard, but very functional and cared for, with newly refurbished surfaces in 2019. Large terrace with stunning views of Gålåvatnet and Jotunheimen. The cabin has open solution with kitchen/dining/living room, bathroom, hallway, two small bedrooms, one with double bed and second with two single beds, in addition to cozy loft with sleeping area and double sofa bed in the living room.

Cozy cabin 10 minutes from Lillehammer city center

Beautifully situated log cabin 10 minutes by car from the centre of Lillehammer. There is a short distance to the Birkebeineren ski stadium which has a large network of hiking trails. 15 minutes drive to Nordseter and about 20 minutes drive to Sjusjøen with great hiking trails and ski slopes. Hoppbakken is only 3 minutes drive from the cabin with great views of the city. 5 minutes by car to the nearest grocery store. For alpine skiing you have Hafjell which is 25 minutes away and Kvitfjell 1 hour away.

You could not find a place located better than this in Gåla!

Simple cabin in Kjølastølen, Valdres

Simple cabin located 1100 meters above sea level in Valdres. It's at the top of the Kjølastølen hamlet and is perfect for one or two people who want a place to base for mountain activities. One room with sofa bed, table, kitchen counter with cooker. Heating with propane heater. The cabin has a sink with no running water, but it works for morning care etc with drains out of the cabin. There is no toilet, but guests can use the latrine 30m from the cabin. Toll Road (70 NOK) with private parking

The cabin is centrally located at Espedalsvatnet with good hiking opportunities, fishing, kayaking and canoeing directly from the cabin. Short distance to other great hiking areas, all year. Short distance to Langsua National Park, Dalseter, Ruten and Skåbu.

Gålå: ski in/out and Peer Gynt Arena

Our cabin was finished in 2022, and is located at the top of Gålå Fjellandsby. Ski in/out both for cross country and alpine, and great hiking and biking trails in the summer months. Short walking distance to Peer Gynt Arena, Gålå Alpin/ café, High & low climbing park, about 630 km with cross-country tracks, and Gålåvatnet (swimming/ boat/ fishing).
