Aus dem Haus ist man direkt am Berg/in der Natur. Zu Fuß sind es gemütliche 15 Minuten bis in den Ort. Mit dem Bus sind es ca. 3 Minuten. Ruhige Lage und auch im Winter den ganzen Tag Sonne.
