We had a great time at Pierre's! The house is perfect for a family or small group of friends, the interior and exterior offer great comfort, as well as the location where we were close to the city center and shopping malls. The welcome, communication and support were great, the responsiveness was there. I highly recommend Pierre's place!

Great house and spacious , flexible owner for schedules which is very good . Homes are suitable for families or groups of friends . We had a great weekend for an Evg between 7 boys I really recommend this house and Mimizan is very pretty

A very pleasant villa, full of charm, with a large terrace and a cozy and well-appointed pool area (even if we did not use it in November). The garden is beautiful, very green and beautifully planted, not overlooked. Inside, a large open kitchen with plenty of storage and countertops, ideal when there are many people! A large living room and good-sized bedrooms. 2 large bathrooms. We spent 3 days for a family gathering and we don't regret our booking choice. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We'll be happy to come back sometime. 😊

A spacious house, very pleasant to live in, with wood everywhere, both functional and atypical. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in the morning sun and sunset light. The outside, under the pine trees, is extraordinary ... being able to cook grills on the plancha or a wood-fired pizza while playing darts or ping pong is really exceptional. And when you get back from the beach, 10 minutes by bike, you can enjoy the outdoor shower and the sauna, also over a wood fire. What's more ... you have to come and spend a week, or 2, or 3, to understand how good we are here. Anyway ... we'll be back.

Knowing Capbreton well, perfect location! Right next to the city center Clean apartment, linens that smell like laundry, quiet residence! Hosted with two cookies for my dogs, a small gesture that makes me happy 😊 Accommodation that receives dogs, and that's really the best! To know that the terrace is not closed but overlooks a large common area of the residence.

It was a very positive first experience. The house is very nice, well located regarding the beaches and areas of interest and, the place is very quiet. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. Ready to be enjoyed. Communication with Izaskun de 10, polite, attentive, kind and attentive to everything. He recommended many places and things to do and see. The pool gives the house a plus😊. Luis was very friendly, flexible and available at any time. The pool is heated and nice and warm, especially in bad weather the pool cover is very helpful. You can easily walk to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped. We will be happy to come back.

Although quite remote, the accommodation is easy to find as long as you follow the instructions provided. Then, the accommodation matches the different photos perfectly. We particularly appreciated the hospitality of Jean and Agnès who were also very discreet. We were able to enjoy the barbecue, deckchairs and hammock. I highly recommend it if you're looking for peace and quiet!

We had a great time at Katherine's place. The house matches the description perfectly and is perfectly equipped, you will find everything you need there for sure. Very well renovated, it is impeccably clean. And the bakery right next door is great! It's a very nice little extra for good breakfasts. The only regret we have is not being able to stay longer, but we will be happy to come back! Thank you Katherine for hosting us!

Frédérique is very responsive, welcoming and caring. The accommodation is ideally located because close to the Golf and the beach, quiet. We came as a family with our 2 children (6 and 3 years old) and indeed you should not be younger facing the stairs. Very pleasant outdoors. A place to remember. I would highly recommend.

Awesome host. The house is so beautiful and shamefully decorated and really well thought out. The beds are super comfortable. It is so quiet and yet you are quickly by car shopping and at the beach, which is fantastic. We loved it and want to come back. PERFECT😃

A pleasant short stay with very friendly, warm and welcoming hosts. They took great care of us. The setting is relaxing and intimate. A nice chalet to disconnect. The enclosed garden is a real plus when you have a doggie (or toddlers). We'll be happy to go back.
