Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. Quiet, secluded and close to nature, there is this cozy one-bedroom apartment with kitchen, suitable for 2-4 guests. The apartment is 34 sqm and has a newly renovated, fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with room for 4 people at the dining table and its own laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The bedroom has a queen-size double bed as well as comfortable sofa-bed for 2 sleeping. You park a car, truck or car with a trailer right outside the door, you need to be able to charge the electric car to arrange!

A home-cooked greenhouse has this year found home to the farm. The house is surrounded by a lovely old-fashioned garden plot with beautiful birch, lilac and hydrangea springs as well as apple trees and very other small and good. Next to the buildings, there is meadow land and to the east you will find a smaller pond with varying amounts of water depending on the seasons.

Welcome to our cottage located in the middle of the forest in a beautiful nature reserve, approximately 18 km from the beach and 10 km from the village of Brösarp with shops and restaurants. There are beautiful walks that start right outside the house. Here you can really relax and enjoy the silence. Price per night is inclusive. There are no additional costs.
