Wonderful, literally standing on the sand. Nicolau and his wife were very attentive at all times, we felt welcomed. Note that they take care of everything thoroughly, had a surprise in the fridge and water to receive us, details that make a difference, especially for those arriving from a long journey. The site is amazing, well clean and in the best view. The apartment had everything we needed, utensils, bed, table and bath. We'll definitely be back on the next vacation!

Regarding Gian Pierre, he was very kind, attentive, and flexible regarding check-in and check-out times. He was also kind in recommending places for sightseeing and where to go out to get to know the surroundings!! Quiet area with a supermarket very close by, as well as a variety of shops for both luxury and basic necessities. Regarding the apartment, it has everything you need for a comfortable and quiet stay with all the amenities that this entails. It also has very nice common areas for free use for relaxation and rest with grill and hammock areas. Recommended for travelers for both short and long stays 🙋🏿‍♀️🙋🏿‍♀️

I want to thank Zuca who has helped us since the arrival in the apartment, the whim that was the apartment, everything clean, smelling and organized, the apartment is a grace, and very close to the beach, what I liked is that they provided beach chairs, which for me made a lot of difference, I loved everything and I want to come back.

We took a small apt, as we were a couple , but they have other larger ones. We were very well served by the family of Residencial Batista. We were guided by the places, beaches nearby, we were able to do several things on foot. We will certainly be back. Gratitude.

We loved the place. The commodities of the house were many. We were greeted with everything extremely clean and well. We felt at home. The House has all the facilities and is very comfortable. The photos match what was observed, but personally the house is much more welcoming. 25 meters from a calm beach, to spend with the family. Joana was always available at all hours and really care that we enjoyed the time we spent in the city. Thank you Joana for all your time dispensed. Surely we will be back. Who received me was Mrs. Eunice and Mr. Jair, parents of Manoela. The house is exactly like in the pictures, very clean, organized and with all kitchen appliances. The house is on the way to all the beaches, which are wonderful!!! Dona Eunice and Mr. Jair are very helpful and cherished! We'll be back for sure!

If you're looking for wonderful and preserved beaches, away from the madness of the big city, this is a great place. The village is simple, but from an incredibly welcoming people, I loved it. And it is very close to the best beaches and boat trips of Governador, as in the Bay of the Dolphins for example. The house is super cozy and extremely clean, as shown in the photos. There's everything anyone else might need, I felt at home and had great days there. I found it a good cost-benefit compared to the region's prices, I recommend it.

There were two great ones, we arrived his Cláudio was waiting for us, very sweet and friendly, the house was clean and very neat, we felt at home, everything was very quiet, we loved the place, the house, everything.

Excellent accommodation. Direct beach access by a path next to the house. Very comfortable. Includes chairs and umbrella that are critical to enjoying the beach. Vera, the host, always very attentive. We ran out of gas at 9:00 pm and by 9.30 we were already changing the garrafa. Undoubtedly on our next visit to Florianopolis we will book again

Very nice place very clean and nice, full of nature in the surroundings, very calm and safe. Having so many large windows makes it cool and beautiful if you see rain. Junior the host was very nice to us, he was attentive to our needs and helped us a lot when we were there. Our vacations were much more comfortable to choose a nice place like this to stay, a lot of nostalgia. Surely if we go again we would go back to this accommodation. The stay was wonderful, the house is even nicer in person than for photos. Everything you need to have a good time as a family. The neighborhood is very quiet and there are many shops within a few meters, such as supermarket, pharmacies and also a few kilometers from the most beautiful beaches on the island. Michael and Andreia were very attentive to us and were always available for any problem that arose. I recommend it 100%!!

This is the second time we've stayed. Both the apartment and the complex are very nice. Leila's apartment has everything and more. The view is beautiful. Everything new and clean. The restaurant staff and food are great. Just like the boys in the chairs and umbrellas. The porter staff, very unfriendly, treats you very badly. Luckily it is only to be seen when entering. We will definitely be back!

Very nice apartment, very close to the beach, with a pharmacy and supermarket in front of the Condominio, and the security of the 24-hour gatehouse. All very clean and organized. Super recommend. And Host Justina, very attentive.

We like the apartment very much, the condominium is great, well cared for and integrated with the landscape. The property has everything you need, even the Nespresso machine. The internet is fast and the TV in the living room is smart. Super-equipped kitchen and hosts respond quickly to any demand. Thanks for hosting and attention.

The incredible place, right in front of the beach with private departure to it, the apartment much more than the photos, with all the amenities (utensils, washing machine, beach chairs, television, etc.) with my family we had a super good week, we thank Silvio for his good predisposition, we will definitely go again this year ❤️⛱️🌅

At the beginning it costs us a little to learn how to use some amenities of the complex , but in the aftermath we felt at home, we spent a few spectacular days.
