Vacation rentals with a patio in Gandia

The apartment was lovely, exactly as advertised. Sarah was definitely a super host, always ensuring we had everything we needed and recommended places of interest. She is very friendly and genuinely interested in her guests. Albir is a beautiful town with many bars & restaurants. The views of mountains and seaside are spectacular. Plenty to see and explore.

Lovely residence in a beautiful setting

We had a great time in Avignon. The host is responsive, available and very kind. The size of the listing is suitable for couple. The sea view is sublime and the building's swimming pool is very nice. The beach is a 5min walk, it was a pleasure to walk day or night. Small negative: the accommodation deserves a little refresh (the glass window was broken, the shower clogged, the furniture very old, the uncomfortable beds...) We will keep fond memories of this vacation:)

Immaculate apartment and very spacious. The balcony is very big and comfortable. Short walk to supermarkets, marina and town. Perfect location. Would recommend.

The accommodation is as shown in the photos. Vicente is very friendly and is always attentive to the issue of check in and check out. The beach is located less than 5 minutes walking and the center of the village is about 7 min. Everything was very clean and tidy. The small terrace is a luxury to go out in the evenings for a while. We would definitely do it again.

Our experience at Cristian and Minerva's house has been very good. We felt right at home, very comfortable... The house was very clean and cared for, fully equipped, a 10 of 10. Very good location, close to all kinds of services and amenities, accessible beach walking, close to the Albufera and Valencia city... Cristian and Minerva were very friendly and gave us a lot of flexibility when entering and leaving. A place to remember very positively, for everything... Looking forward to repeating again in the future. Thank you very much for everything!

Both amparo and Paula (co-host) were super responsive and friendly. They are wonderful hosts and super content with the house. It is in a very quiet area and right on the beach, of course it is a stay that we would repeat in a time that can be enjoyed 100% of the location right on the beach and the pool of the house. It's exactly what you see in the photos as well as being a cozy home. An experience of 10 ☺️

Everything was wonderful. Paula was very helpful and accommodating. Location 1-2 minutes' walk from the beach. Apartment as advertised, everything tip top. Garage with table tennis was a good change and a lot of fun 👍🏼

An excellent stay! The apartment in El Vergel exceeded our expectations: clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped for family travel. We went with our dog and a baby, and everything was designed to make us feel right at home. The area is peaceful, ideal for resting, and very close to the beach. The host was very attentive and kind at all times, always willing to help. We definitely recommend it and hope to be back soon.

Emilio was lovely from the first intante, he sent us the necessary information by message, he made it easier for us to enter the house earlier and to be able to leave later if we did not touch. At all times very friendly and charming. The fineness of the orange trees is more beautiful than what can be seen in the photos. All the work where we stay is new, with good finishes and premium appliances. Exelente gusto para la decoración. The pool and BBQ area is the cherry on the cake. And in case it was not enough, we were offered to eat all the orange we could eat, it must be said, an orange of the highest quality. Excellent apartment, spacious living room, beautiful large terrace, 2 very neat bathrooms. Everything was available in the kitchen, including things to cook with (pepper and salt, oil and vinegar, herbs). The garden and swimming pool are well maintained and look beautiful. I had a nice stay, with an excellent host, even though everyone had bad luck with the weather in Spain this spring!

Had a great week and fantastic views! Communication was very nice, got an immediate answer. The only downside was that we couldn't use the washing machine.

The apartment is as seen in the photos, everything is clean and with everything you need to spend a few pleasant days. Susana is always attentive, quick communication and very flexible with check-in and check-out times, a totally recommended place.

The apartment is wonderful. The terrace, pool, bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms are just as described. It is a 5-10 minutes walk to the nearest (great) beach. A big shop right next to the building and some nice restaurants in the market across the street, in case you don’t want to go in the old town. Bus stops right next to the building. There were small issues, but really unimportant: -central air conditioning not working in one of the bedrooms but we just let the door open, -no coffee machine, just an electric kettle, but we boiled the water and made coffee the old fashion way, -the towels could have been newer, -we only had 1 key and had to organize really good for doing things separately from the other couple, -parking spot a little difficult to find. Like I said, minor issues easily solved or ignored. We had a great time, we would definitely stay in the same apartment should we come to Benidorm again. It is perfect for two couples or a family of four-five persons.

Another fabulous stay. 3rd time staying there and as usual it was perfect. One negative, which was out of the owners hands, there was works gong in the apartment above and we were woken up early each morning with either hammering or drilling. Anyway thank you for letting us use your apartment.

I had a longer stay at Dan’s apartment and everything was just as described. What stood out most was the beautiful sunset view in the evenings—over the hills and the surrounding landscape. It often reminded me of Tuscany. A peaceful and memorable experience.

A clean and quiet apartment. A convenient garage space for a large car. Beatriz's treatment is very kind and friendly. My stay was pleasant. Definitely recommended.

Definitely of the best apartments we've been to. In addition to clean, tidy, it had all kinds of amenities and details that made the stay even more pleasant. The ease and friendliness to get to the apartment, as well as the communication with abdelhakim. We were with two little girls and I leave everything ready and organized to make everything easier for us. The development is great and very close to the beach. Definitely 100% recommendable. We will be back!!
