Monthly Rentals in Ganshoren

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is bright and very pleasant to live in. It is close to public transport to go to the center of Brussels. The terrace and garden are a plus on sunny days. The only downside is that parking around the apartment is in a disc area. But, there is a shopping mall not far away that allows you to leave the car and take the tram.

Super nice accommodation! Very clean and tidy. Wonderful sauna. Good location. Flora was very helpful. A point of attention is the shower head that couldn't hang on anything. Furthermore, we enjoyed the apartment with our children.

The apartment is in a great location near tram/bus stops and a supermarket. The host was very responsive—quickly helping us with the stove, extra bins, and a hairdryer, which we appreciated. Some amenities could be improved. While hand and bath soap were provided, there was no shampoo. The kitchen lacked basics like seasonings, tea, kitchen towels, and scissors. The layout is a bit awkward, as you need to pass through the bathroom to go from the bedroom to the living room or front door, which can be inconvenient. There’s no washing machine or dishwasher, which may be a downside for longer stays. Also, the tram passes right in front of the apartment, so it can get noisy. On our last night, the internet stopped working and couldn't be fixed before checkout, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, a comfortable stay with a helpful host, and some small improvements would make it even better.

We had a lovely stay. the umbrella bed with its small mattress and duvet was perfect. the living room sofa bed is a little rough. Possibly suitable for a child. everything was very clean and functional. Very lovely view, quiet. the parking space was very nice, note that it is 300m from the apartment. Thank you to Youssef for his responsiveness. i recommend it.
