Lakefront cottage with boat, beach and private jetty

Spacious holiday home with lake plot. Completed in 2017 with a bright and open plan with all possible amenities. There is access to a boat and a lovely swimming jetty. Lake perfect for fishing! Charcoal grill is available to borrow for barbecue evenings that you can spend on a lovely deck with lake view. The house has a larger bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed with a larger bed at the bottom. In the loft, there is a regular bed as well as a comfortable mattress on the floor. A/C is available for hot days.

FredrikLars-gården adjacent to Nordmarksbergs Herrgård: 19th century or older. In this farm, the great inventor John Ericsson's grandfather Nils (b. 1747 – 1790) has lived. On a rock in the grounds of the farm, there should be a curtain with the name of Nils. Picture of this stone can be found in Värmlandsarkiv's photo archive on a picture from 1955 (photo Lennart Thelander, pictures SEVA_11229_36 and SEVA_11230-1), but has not been found in the present day. It's probably hidden by mortar that's been covered over the rocks.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Fantastisk stuga vid fridfull sjö, privat badbrygga. Varm och kallvatten, diskmaskin och alla bekvämligheter. Kamin att elda i om det blir kyligt. Helt för er själva tillsammans med djur och natur. Vatten helt intill stugan med bastu och stora trädäck. Stugan ligger i solläge från 10:00-22:30 sommartid. Stora möjligheter till cykel och vandring i skog och natur. Det är långt till närmaste hus så ni är mitt ute i naturen. 10 km till närmaste affär.

The house is quite central in Hagfors (about 5 minutes drive from the center) and is also close to beautiful hiking area and about 10 minutes drive from beautiful seaside resorts. Fritidshus Hammare in Hagfors was recently completely renovated. It is a cozy house with a wood stove and French doors to the large veranda. You have a great view over the large garden with water flow (lot 3ha). Sometimes there are deer, moose, or a fox. It is a lovely place to stay and enjoy the peace, the space and surroundings with various activities. 700 meters away is a large lake. Downtown with various shops is about a 5-minute drive away.
