Ideally located in the countryside in Bas-Mauco in the Landes, less than 5 minutes from Saint-Sever, and 15 minutes from Mont-de-Marsan. Pleasant 25 m² studio, fully furnished with taste, adjoining our property, with separate and private entrance, composed of: - Equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, stove, utensils) - Bedroom with 160 x 200 bed - Bathroom - Separate toilet - Smart TV and Wi-Fi - Small private outdoor area. The cottage is perfect for couples, solo travelers and four-legged friends. Choice of bedding: 1 bed of 160 or 2 beds of 90.
