Vacation rentals with a patio in General San Martín Partido

Everything spectacular!

The location is excellent close to many restaurants, bars, in front there is a micro market, and the sub is a few blocks away. the apartment is comfortable and we used the grill to make an asado, we felt very comfortable and highly recommended this accommodation.

Great place to stay in Palermo Hollywood. Excellent patio and view. One of the patio chairs was broken but that is a small complaint. The apartment was close to good restaurants, bakeries and gyms. The apartment was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Maik, the host, was very responsive. I would definitely stay there again!

The apartment was great! Josh and his assistant, Angela, were very communicative and made check in and check out very easy and accomodating. Plenty of great restaurant/ bar recommendations were also provided. Just as pictured, there was a great private upper deck, and a private balcony outside the main part of the apt. The living space and bedroom were very comfortable. The full kitchen had everything you need. The location is perfect. A quiet section, but just a short walk to the many great restaurants and bars. It’s also near the subway/metro/subte for Palermo and makes it easy to venture to other neighborhoods. Everything was perfect and would definitely book again when in BA!

The department of Sami met all our expectations, very comfortable. It had everything we needed. The apartment has a lovely terrace 🫶🏼 I definitely recommend it!

The apartment was bright and spacious. We were very comfortable and Laura was always willing and attentive to everything we could need. We would love to spend a new season there again.

We really liked the house. but we truly think that needs a bit of looking after and more attention to detail. Other than that we had a great stay with plenty space for my toddler to go around. kitchen is really big and living area too.

The casita is much nicer than what it shows in the pictures. With details in all environments and very comfortable. The patio is beautiful and the house is very ventilated.

Our stay was wonderful! Regina is one of the most loving and sweet people we met, it was a pleasure to stay at her place. Super comfortable, great location and very well-equipped and cared for. We'd be back a thousand times!

The neighborhood is very nice and safe. Lots of places to eat and beautiful parks to go for a walk or exercise. The view from the apartment is incredible! You can enjoy the sunrise from the from the balcony. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities listed. Instructions on how to get in, wifi, garage, etc were simple and clear. Sofia is an amazing host, she was always available when we needed her! I would recommend this place a thousand times and more! We are definitely coming back! Thanks Sofia!!! 🥰💕

The beautiful apartment, it is a duplex inside a building. Something not common in the area. Very comfortable, all new (that's to be appreciated) Very comfortable cochera, the outdoor patio invites you to stay when you don't want to go out. And Nico is always attentive !! We will be back!!

Thank you for all your help, especially when my luggage was delayed and had to be delivered to the apartment. We really enjoyed the peaceful views when returning to the apartment after a day out in this amazing city. Loved the tree-lined streets too .

This 3rd floor unit is modern and clean with ample storage. Comfy beds, fresh linens, great curtains, large balcony, and all the amenities you need. Neighborhood has many bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. Uber to main touristy areas are 20 - 30 mins. Luisa is communicative and very helpful.

The apartment is impeccable, with 24-hour security and in a very quiet neighborhood with good restaurants. 100% cleanliness
