Large family friendly villa close to Copenhagen

Our House is very cosy and we are sure you will feel at home. There is plenty of space with 225 m2 in the house + another 100 in the basement. We have four kids so there are also plenty of toys to play with. We have a big terrace, a grill and a nice private garden. The place is very central in Lyngby overlooking the park of Sorgenfri Castle. It is only 10 min walk to Lyngby and 15 min drive to Copenhagen or you can take the train to the city. The basement apartment is accessed by the private entrance. The apartment is decorated nicely and everything is modernized. The house is a 5 minute walk from the S-train station and 15 minutes drive from Copenhagen city center. There is a forest and beach within biking distance. There are shopping and restaurant options within bike and walking distance. We would like to point out that we have a very friendly dog that can be in the garden when we are at home
