Stay on a magical 150m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° views of the water, private swimming ladder and 200 meters to the subway. Skansehage is a 32-meter long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front deck and aft deck with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living room with kitchen, dining and living room. Below deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

Cozy room with private entrance

The room is simple and brightly decorated, with a sofa, table, good chairs, and a double bed. And garden view. An intermediate hallway leads to rooms with a wardrobe as well as a microwave, fridge, nespresso, water boiler, etc. which is only for tenants of the room. And from here to the shower and toilet, which is only used by tenants. The area is a 10 min walk to S-train and bus to Copenhagen with culture and shopping, Nordsjaelland, Louisiana, Kronborg etc. Walking experiences in nature in Dyrehaven, nearby parks and by the sea and beach.

Nice warm apartment you have for yourselves with a mini kitchen, bathroom and nice bed with down duvets. Private entrance. Lovely environment. Wifi and TV. Extra small cozy living room with radio. Now you have the chance to relax and enjoy a fantastic location just 25 meters from the beach. You get a stunning 180-degree view of Öresund, Ven and Denmark. Skåneleden passes outside the window and leads to restaurants, swimming, golf course and Landskrona city center. You will stay in a nice newly renovated room with a small kitchen and private bathroom. In the room, there is a comfortable double bed and, if necessary, access to a guest bed for a larger child and a travel bed for a smaller child.
