The large natural area on the protected ridge is forested, and from the top, where there is a magnificent view of Roskilde Fjord, a staircase leads down to an area with a bathing jetty. With a location within a reasonable distance from Roskilde and Copenhagen, the house is very suitable for guests who are looking for both nature and cultural experiences. The bed-sittingroom, home for one. No smoking in house. Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Lejligheden ligger meget centralt i Kbh med kun 3,7 km til Rådhuspladsen og kun 250 meter til metroen. Lejligheden har et køkken/alrum, soveværelse med dobbeltseng, badeværelse og entré. Jeg anbefaler lejligheden til 2 personer, men I er velkomne til at bo 3, men så skal den sidste sove på madras i stuen, hvilket mine egne gæster også gør. Udenfor er der en lille terrasse med bord og stole.
