House vacation rentals in Georgetown

Better than expected. Fantastic and well-stocked kitchen - everything we needed for a full Thanksgiving feast. So many thoughtful details for a comfortable stay. Hot tub and backyard were awesome. Nice walkable neighborhood. Close to all things horses and handy to downtown. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when in town.

Kathy’s home is the perfect place to stay. We had plenty of room, a lot of amenities. The outdoor space was fantastic. We felt welcomed and right at home and I would book with Kathy anytime I visit the area in the future. The home is gorgeous and in a safe neighborhood. I highly recommend this property for your next trip to Lexington.

We were celebrating a Batchelor weekend … the game room, pool and hot tub, and set up was perfect for what we wanted and did!

My group had such a great time! Looked exactly like the photos and had so much room! Everything worked great and I loved all the hot water even when we all took showers! There was lots of extras in the pantry like games seasoning cups and plates that were very helpful and a good set of condiments! Such an adorable lace and definitely would stay again next time we go to keen land! It was to cold outside for us the truly enjoy the pool but it looked lovely!

This house is fantastic. Comfortable beds, extremely clean, stocked kitchen utensils, and great instructions for everything in the house. This is a very nice neighborhood and we felt extremely safe. Close to restaurants and shopping. The house exceeded our expectations.

Overall a positive experience. The interior has been nicely remodeled and was very comfortable for a family of five. The kitchen was well supplied and the hosts were very responsive to our questions.

We absolutely loved staying at Amy’s place. The location is wonderful because you are near so many restaurants and fun places. The house is very comfortable and very clean. My husband, my four boys, and myself felt right at home. Amy is also extremely friendly and responsive. We look forward to hopefully staying at her place sometime in the near future.

I will definitely book this place again when visiting my daughter. Near campus. Clean and comfortable home. Nicely stocked. Alexandra was a wonderful responsive host.

Quaint historic house was great for a one-night stay with a family of 7. Right in the midst of a college atmosphere, but no issues with that. We were there on a Wednesday night, so not sure if weekends are different. The space was clean, parking in the back is tight but no issue, and the house was easy to get in. Would recommend.

Perfect for a large group in the Lexington Area!

We loved our stay in Frankfort and wish to go back and spend more time visiting the city. Our stay at the cottage was wonderful, the location is easy to get to, parking was super easy and the property is super quiet at night! The cottage is adorable and has everything we needed to feel at home and enjoy our birthday/Easter weekend celebration.

We took a trip to KY with my three kids and aunts/uncle. There were plenty of beds and spaces for all of us to spread out without being right on top of each other. The kitchen had plenty of everything for us to be able to cook our meals there during our stay which we very much appreciated! The back yard view off the deck is peak KY beauty and very peaceful. Our kids enjoyed having a fire and toasting marshmallows so much. The provided roasting sticks were a huge bonus. We were able to see both the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum during our stay and we also made it to the Cincinnati Zoo and Mammoth Caves. Our kids were thrilled to see Wingfeather books on the shelves and enjoyed reading them in the evenings. Highly recommend for families ❤️

I was in town for a week and needed a place coming solo. Karen was very responsive and helpful and recommended anything I asked about. Went out of her way to make me feel comfortable in her place! The place was clean and exactly as described!

Very nice place to stay. Trouble getting in and had to wait for the door code but once host responded everything was very smooth and he accommodated very well afterwards.

Great location. Nice layout with open space especially for visiting with your group. Had everything we needed.

We had just the best stay at this beautiful home. It was beautiful, lovely furnishings and the most comfortable beds! It is 2 separate house side by side and 2 proper bedrooms in each house. It does have additional sleeping areas in both houses if you had lots of people! Each house has a fabulous kitchen and living spaces so for all our grown up children and spouses coming it could not have been more perfect. Easy walking to the bars and restaurants and easy road access to drive to wherever you are going. Our host could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Your place was absolutely amazing. The perfect old country home. The beds were super comfortable the kitchen has everything you need. The fire pit is an awesome perk to the property. I asked about going fishing and they were able to give me fantastic directions and we were able to catch some fish. I will definitely stay again when we come next year. Thank you so much for your hospitality and all your help during our trip.

This is such a wonderful place to stay in Lexington! I am a repeat guest. After traveling hours to get to the city, walking into the home was just so soothing. Natalie is just wonderful as the host. She is very thoughtful, welcoming, and responsive. This home is very well appointed, and Natalie has added so many wonderful features. The location is very convenient and quiet which is great for being a tourist and resting after a full day of activities. I definitely enjoy the view of the tree and greenery in the back. It adds to the serenity of the home. The scrumptious treats from Natalie and Jason were so lovely and generous of them! I will definitely being staying here again.
