Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Geriş Mahallesi

We planned to spend 10 days in a quiet place near the sea, chose this option and did not regret it at all! Everything was clean, spacious, we lived on the whole floor in a separate very sunny house surrounded by almond, tangerine, orange trees, as well as a large number of local cats and chickens :) The huge very clean beach is a 15-minute walk away, there are also a variety of beaches in the surrounding area that can be easily reached by car. It takes about 40 minutes by car to Datca. Yudum and her parents were very caring, answered our questions, and treated us with homemade chicken eggs, almonds and houses. I really didn't want to leave, we had an unforgettable vacation!

Great place to stay. Really good location; lots of shops and restaurants around and only a short stroll to the beach area. We were a party of four individuals so each having our own room made our stay ideal . Would recommend.

Raphael's place was a perfect home base for our week-long climbing trip. He was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. I would highly recommend!

The listing was incredible and better than the photos. Murat was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The resort is a newly build resort and has amazing amenities like the gym and spa. There is a perfect private sand beach. To be honest, the beach was one of the best beaches I have ever seen. The property has everything we needed to cook, clean and chill. The furniture is very stylish and comfortable. Both terraces have sea-view and a lot of greenery. I spent most of my time in the terraces reading my book, it was a piece of heaven.

We stayed at Mr. Murat's house with great pleasure for 1 week. First of all, I should mention the cleanliness of the house, its order, and the sincerity of Mr. Murat. Mr. Murat is very helpful and thanks to our questions, he never left us free of charge. The house is about 10 minutes walk from the center of Datça and in a very calm area. If you're looking for a place to clean your own home, you can stay in this house without a second thought. The balcony of the house is even better than it looks in the pictures. The house also has all the amenities. The house has everything if you want to stay for a long time. Finally, we would like to thank Ms. Ülkü for her hospitality. Our stay at Yiannis' was perfect all around! Communication with Yannis was great and Yannis gave numerous good tips for restaurants, beaches and activities. His mother, who takes care of everything on site, was very warm and provided us with delicious homemade desserts and kept the apartment sparkling clean. Location and surroundings pleasantly quiet and within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the accommodation!

Oskar, in line with what everyone else has said, is an attentive and generous host, always ready to help. Even picking us up from the port on Kalymnos at 2330 (and dropping us off for our crossing back to Kos). He takes real pleasure in hosting and I strongly recommend both him and his place! Wonderful.

Thank you Yilmaz for being a lovely host; super responsive and helpful. Absolutely loved Yilmaz’s place! Stunning house with stunning views! Bespoke furnishings and very well maintained! The villa was very clean, plenty to do for the kids! Thanks for the PlayStation game! The boys loved it plus the table tennis! The pool was very beautiful and well situated for the morning sun. Plenty of lounge space; and private space to sun bathe. The balcony was beautiful, plenty of fresh air for my morning meditation and yoga. Plenty of wardrobe space; and cupboard space for storage. The fridge was very clean, plenty of cups, plates and pots. Cooker was easy to use and heats up quick. The bathrooms were clean and no problem with hot water. Washing machine and dryer were very useful to have especially when travelling with kids! Would 100% recommend and stay here again if I did return to Bodrum.

It's a lovely private apartment with a nice deck. It's a 3 minute walk to the beach. 2 minutes to a grocery store. Everyone was so helpful. Even when I locked my key in the apartment, they were there to help me. Everything is like the photos. Fast internet. Really a perfect place in Turkbuku.

We stayed at Spitaki House for a week. The house was perfect in every way. It was very nicely decorated. It has everything you need. The garden of the house was also very enjoyable. It was also very good for us because it was right next to the beach. The owners of the house were very helpful and answered all our questions. Thank you also for the gifts. If I ever come to Kos again, I would definitely want to stay here again.

We loved our stay here so much! The apartment is big and has everything you need to cook + Netflix + a really nice balcony! It’s about a 50 min walk into the main town of Bodrum but there is also shops and restaurants close by! We would stay again for sure :)

This is a lovely, private flat just 5 minutes from the beach (and 10 minutes from a hidden beautiful bay.) it's on the end of a row of houses in a village, so very quiet. it's well equipped with overall quality gear. we cooked 2 out of every three meals here easily. Kaan was the perfect host, quickly responding to any questions we had. if you visit and like cats, please feel Spaghetti (the red cat we befriended 😊) overall super happy with the flat, the easy location to the beaches, the privacy and quiet, and the landlord Kaan. Who speaks perfect English by the way.

It is a very comfortable flat, with everything one needs supplied. It felt like at home as all the amenities were really thoughtfully provided. Its rococo style decoration gives the home a cheerful character. Kitchen and bathroom is spotless clean as the whole flat itself. Manolis is reachable within few minutes and check in is perfectly easy. Thank you to Manolis and to his wife!

The host was great. Communication was great. The location is brilliant and we walked into Kos Town every day with our two little girls. The most lovely square is only 10 minutes walk and from there 2 mins further to the marina. Place is large and spacious, beautiful and clean. We will 100% be back Jon

Σταμάτης is very friendly and a nice host. I'm staying in your house for the third time, we had a very nice communication from the first day and I had a very nice experience as usual. The location of the house is very central, you can easily reach the harbor, shopping points, restaurants and cafes on foot. The house is very clean, spacious and very nicely equipped for needs. I felt at home again and enjoyed it. It was also very helpful during check-in and check-out times, and thank you for that:) I recommend a very eastern place to stay for a Kos vacation.

We just left this place in Léros and had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spacious and the view was simply beautiful, a real feast for the eyes. Our host was very thoughtful when picking us up from the port, which made our arrival even more enjoyable. We loved exploring the island, discovering delicious restaurants, and enjoying the different beaches. The kindness of the locals also added a warm touch to our experience. We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have an unforgettable stay at Léros!
