We offer our guests comfortable single, double and triple rooms with breakfast and self-catered apartments for up to four or five persons, all with balconies. The Kitzbühel Alps offer everything you need for your alpine holiday, including the Tyrolean comfort: a hike to the Kitzbüheler Horn, a bike tour through beautiful Tyrol or a visit to idyllic Kitzbühel. After an exhausting day, you can relax in one of the two in-house saunas or you can visit the modern wellness complex of the Panorama Badewelt in St. Johann in Tyrol. The best thing at the end: As a guest of the COOEE alpin Hotel, your entry to the Badewelt is FREE!

Gerlosblick family apartment

This family room is equipped with a living / bedroom with shower / WC / TV and direct access to the terrace. In this living room there is also a kitchenette with its own dining area. The children's room has a comfortable bunk bed (lying area once 200x160 cm and once 200x90 cm), shower / WC / TV and direct access to the terrace. Breakfast on request and if possible, otherwise this accommodation can only be offered without meals for 2-5 persons.

Room with a view and free parking

The Mensarden rooms on the top floor offer a magnificent view of the Inn Valley and the city of Hall in Tyrol. All rooms are equipped with shower/WC, Lan and wifi and cable TV. I run a small hotel and the rooms are exclusively bookable via airbnb. Kordiler Haus

The Kordiler Haus is an original ancient tyrolean house, recently refurbished maintaining the same original structure and materials. A great charm place ! The area available is on two floors , all in stone and wood, with a huge window on the valley. It's equipped with original ancient furnitures and many cozy details.
