The apartment is centrally located on the quiet Elbe island of Magdeburg Werder, within walking distance to downtown. City park, public transport and main train station are quickly accessible. The apartment has three bedrooms (1 x double bedroom, 2 x single bedrooms), a spacious kitchen-living room, as well as a bathroom with shower tub and a guest toilet. The living space is approximately 100 m². Contactless check-in is possible by electronic door code. Non-smoking apartment, pets on request.

The place is conveniently located (on the L63). Bus station is 100 meters from the property. Parking is possible at the house. A bakery with breakfast is a 5-minute walk, while the city center is 20 minutes away. By car, it is 15 minutes to Dessau-Zentrum and 20 minutes to Köthen. You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

Here you have the opportunity to relax from everyday life, enjoy great bike tours (Elbe Cycle Path nearby) and take walks along the Ehle. Dear guests, I am often not at home for work and offer my enchanting loft during this time, which invites you to relax and unwind thanks to its quiet location. In addition to a delicious morning coffee, the apartment offers plenty of light in great factory flair. The apartment is fully equipped with a large 1.80 x 2.00 m bed and a cozy sofa bed. You also have Internet in fiber optic speed (100Mbit) and a flat-screen TV. Guest towels and bedding are provided.

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.
