Monthly Rentals in Gillespie County

We had a great time visiting Fredericksburg. The home was comfortable, had a big fenced in yard, and was within a few blocks of HEB grocery and downtown. The house was located in a nice quiet neighborhood with lots of options for walking our dog each morning. Bobby was excellent in responding to any concerns and very considerate. I would not hesitate to stay again if we were ever to return to the Fredericksburg area. Don Hover

A great location in the natural environment, but still close enough to Fredericksburg and other local places of interest. Very quiet, and calm and road nearby is by no means busy. The place itself is nice, clean and smartly organized, so although the cabin doesn't look huge on the outside, it's quite spacious, with interiour not feeling cluttered at all despite being able to accommodate four adults . We've had everything we needed during our stay: a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, dining and lounge space, not mentioning small patio and terrace. The farm animals experience was quite exciting for our 7-years old and it was a great way to wrap up (or start) a day. Spencer was very attentive and lightning fast responsive and shared all the local places around the town, we couldn't be more thankful. Overall, it was a great welcoming experience, highly recommended.

Chelsea’s place was perfect. There is everything you could need including linens, toiletries, and a fully stocked kitchen. From the moment we checked in we felt right at home. She was very helpful, detailed, and quick to respond. The place was very clean and exactly as described. It is close to downtown and it was perfect for our group. We had plenty of room and the outdoor space was beautiful and peaceful. We will definitely be staying at Chelsea’s for our next Fredericksburg trip.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—close to downtown Fredericksburg, wineries, and great restaurants. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure everything was just right. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
