Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Take the whole family to this newly renovated house with plenty of space! The house was originally built for a mill link from Sulkendrup Mølle, which is a 3 minute walk from the house. The home includes a large living room, a large well-equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms.
