Unique and charming beach cottage on the waterfront overlooking Gamborg Fjord, Fønsskov and Lillebælt. Undisturbed location on a south-facing slope with a large enclosed wooden terrace, private beach and bridge. Possibility of fishing, swimming and hiking in nature. Located 5 km from Middelfart and the Funen highway. The beach cottage was newly renovated in 2022 with a simple and functional decor. The style is bright and maritime, and although the cottage is small, there is plenty of room for 2 people and possibly also a small dog.

Relax in this unique and tranquil home overlooking Vejle Fjord, fields and forests. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. Outside, there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood. Both bed linen and towels are included.

Forest cabin in scenic surroundings. Located on a 5200 m2 private property. In the immediate area there is access to Karup River and Nature National Park Kompedal Plantage. In the cottage there is a kitchen-living room, wood stove, bathroom, bedroom with a short double bed (NOTE the bed is short W: 140 x L: 180 cm) and loft with 2 beds (180 x 200). There is a nice wooden terrace with access to an annex with an extra bedroom. IMPORTANT: The tenant is responsible for cleaning and tidying up. No partying or loud music.

Beachfront farm

Fogensegaarden near Bogense has an unusual location for an old farm. A few meters from the beach on the island of Fogense, which was dammed and the road into Bogense drained and protected by a dike almost 150 years ago. An enterprising farmer, Christian Jensen, built the farm 130 years ago in its current form with a large farmhouse and a humble tenant housing at the southern end. Bjælkehus! så et rigtig hytte/sommerhus, hvor det emmer af mormor hygge! Ingen tv , eller internet ,men masser af bøger og spil .(der er god 5 og4 G forbindelse). Det er hyggeligt når brændeovnen er tændt, huset kan også opvarmes med varmepumpen, opvarmning kan startes inden ankomst. Med 200 meter ned til Fønsvig, hvor der er en badestrand., samt en lille badebro, hvor man lige kan snuppe en morgendukkert. Hvis man er til fiskeri, tager man ud og fanger havørred, samt andre fiskearter .

I vores dejlige store lejlighed på ca. 90m2, får du bare lidt ekstra for pengene. Her er et stort luksuriøst badeværelse med wellnessbruser. Jeg har redt sengene og håndklæderne ligger klar. I køkkenet er der opvaskemaskine, ovn og køle/fryseskab, kaffemaskine samt el-kedel. Soveværelse, entré, stor stue samt værelse med to senge. Lejligheden har marmorgulve og gulvvarme og er beliggende i husets kælder. Der er kun 100 meter til Rema, 500 m til centrum af Ikast og 10 min i bil til Herning.

Townhouse in ❤️ Af Juelsminde

Here you get a taste of the charming "old" Juelsminde. The house was built in 1929. In the front shop, I run a small cozy hairdressing salon, and in the “house” garage, our adult daughter runs a flower shop🌺, while the newly renovated back house + first floor houses the 74 m' holiday home. In the flowery garden, there are two terraces, so both morning coffee and evening barbecue can be enjoyed in sunshine.
