Charles’s place is on a very quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac - loved that I did not hear the traffic of the city and was listening to birds instead. Really enjoyed the location being a few short miles outside of town. It’s very short convenient to drive into the town of Grand Junction but nice to be staying somewhere on the outskirts.

This place is a gem! Andrea was great to communicate with. The views are stunning! The design is beautiful and the whole experience is incredibly warming. I can’t wait to stay here again.

Need an escape from it all? This beautiful space has endless views, serenity, opportunities to hike to glorious destinations or spend time with the ranch’s horses. And your dog is more than welcome. We were a last minute booking as the snow was falling all around. Penny accommodated us with a smile. The apartment is clean, cozy and spacious, and filled with fun books, baskets she hand wove and art on the walls she created. We read and appreciated the history of the ranch. Penny has stories to share and our only regret was that we were staying only one night. If you are visiting Grand Junction or the Colorado Monument don’t miss staying with Penny!!
