In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Schöne gepflegte Wohnung mit alten Parkettböden im Erdgeschoss eines Hauses aus dem Jahr 1938. Die Wohnung besteht aus Schlafzimmer (Bett 180 cm), Wohnzimmer, Bad und Garderobe. Eine gemütliche Laube steht dir vor deiner Eingangstüre zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist so eingerichtet wie ich es selber gerne habe wenn ich Gast bin: In der Garderobe ist Platz für zwei große Koffer, es gibt viele Möglichkeiten Sachen aufzuhängen. Die Atmosphäre ist bunt, individuell und verspielt.

Enjoy life at this peaceful and yet centrally-located place. By train, bus or car in 15 minutes in the old town of Salzburg and in 5 minutes in Hallein. The almost 25 m² studio is located on the ground floor with a private entrance. With us you will stay very centrally but also in the countryside with many excursion destinations nearby and the Salzach bike path just a few meters away. Vacation between mountains, lakes and the city of Salzburg Our exclusive apartment with sun terrace and garden is located at the foot of the Gaisberg and offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountain landscape. This location makes city strollers, adventurers and athletes happy all year round, but also anyone who just wants to wake up with a mountain view and admire the panorama. The center of Salzburg is accessible in 10-15 minutes by bus or car.

Garconniere in private house

We are renting a Garconniere in a private house in Salzburg/Gneis with a kitchenette and bathroom. It is situated in the basement of the house. The house has a nice garden, there is also a place for our guests. The bus nr. 5 is 5 minutes walk away and leads directly into town (12 min) or the train station (23 min). Parking on the street is for free.From here you visit the famous Salzkammergut lakes,St.Wolfgang and Hallstatt in daily tours.

Unsere wunderschön sanierte Einliegerwohnung liegt im zentralen aber sehr ruhigen Stadtteil Salzburg-Aigen und wir freuen uns euch dort begrüßen zu dürfen! Die Innenstadt erreicht man bequem mit dem Bus oder der S-Bahn in wenigen Minuten, die Stationen erreichst Du zu Fuß in 7 min. Neben der Nähe zur Stadt ist die Wohnung ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge oder Radtouren im Naherholungsgebiet rund um den Gaisberg.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
