Welcome to the Haldenhof in Simonswald 🌲✨ An exceptional luxury loft surrounded by moss-covered rocks, gentle streams and the stunning nature of the Black Forest. Just about 30 minutes from Freiburg im Breisgau, this exclusive retreat offers nearly 400 sqm of living space. The building, carefully renovated in 2022, belongs to the historic estate dating back to 1743 and beautifully combines historic charm with modern comfort – ideal for families, groups, retreats or special getaways.

Lovingly renovated Black Forest house from 1831

The typical Black Forest house from 1831 was lovingly renovated in 2021. On the ground floor, which is accessible, there is a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. The large living/cooking/dining area with its clay-plastered walls and solid wood fixtures is at the center of the house. In the historic attic there is a large and two small bedrooms. There is also a cozy bathroom in the attic. A stream ripples past in front of the playground in the garden. Tourist tax not included!

The Heidi house is detached and has a separate entrance, so your privacy is guaranteed. The farm is located at the end of a road, with no traffic passing through, and is surrounded by meadows, fruit trees and forest. Our own stream and a small pond with a bench on the property invite you to relax.

Outside, a seating lounge invites you to relax. A dry separation toilet is located next to the barrel. Please note that there is no shower. Ideal for those who enjoy nature and want to relax!
