The bath is a traditional Japanese wood-fired bath. You can experience heating water with firewood. ■The house can accommodate up to 10 people. ■No meals are included.There is no supermarket within walking distance. "A Co-op" 15 minutes by car. 江戸時代に建てられた豪農邸宅をリノベーションした「あすかのまほろば」。 その離れの建物が「まほろの宿」として甦りました。 古い趣を残しつつ吉野の杉と檜を使用して、ゆったりくつろげるようにリノベーションしました。 一日一組限定の一棟貸切宿。誰にも気兼ねなく過ごせます。 パートナーと、ご家族と、グループで！もちろんおひとりさまも大歓迎。 庭の奥にある専用玄関を備えた独立した平屋の一軒家の宿です。 ヤマトタケルが美しさを讃えた「飛鳥」地域の中心地・明日香村川原にあります。 近隣には、日本初の写経が行われた「川原寺跡弘福寺」、聖徳太子生誕の地「橘寺」、明日香村や大和三山を一望できる「甘樫丘」など見所いっぱい。 「まほろ」とは、ヤマトタケルが詠った言葉で「素晴らしい場所」「住みやすい場所」を表す日本の古語です。まほろの宿で、ゆったりとした時の流れをお楽しみください。 「あすかのまほろば」の母屋は、レンタルスペースを営業中で新たなテナントも募集中。 母屋の土間や庭は利用者全員の共用スペースです。

located on the banks of the Yoshino River in Gojo City, Nara Prefecture, surrounded by Mount Kongo and the Yoshino Mountain Range. The building is over 150years old, but It was fully renovated in 2022 and is clean. From the rooms on the west side of the facility, a view of the natural levee spreads across the windows, allowing residents to truly rest in a quiet area far removed from their daily lives.

Our guesthouse is located in the old town called Nara-machi. There used to be many traditional wooden townhouses known as Machiya. We restored Machiya while keeping the original structure in order to provide you with a traditional Japanese experience with local atmosphere.This house is for only private use and has only one floor with Japanese style room, shower room, washroom, sink and small garden.

Our house is traditional Japanese style house. 150 years old and in a very quiet location. We are renting house. Not shared with other guests. There are 2 bedrooms(Tatami-room) and 1 living room, gameroom, bathroom, shower toilet, all of the room are only for you. *Children is free of charge if your children don't need a bed and break fast. There are air conditioners in bedroom and livingroom.
