Monthly Rentals in Gold Coast beach

The apartment was great! Very close to everything but still nice and quiet. Very clean and plenty of room for my girlfriend and I. Will definitely be back!

Nice location and the accommodation was as described, clean and tidy with great views. Aaron was very proactive in his communication and responded quickly when we had some queries. Overall great experience during the stay.

Jeremy was helpful from start to finish and an absolute pleasure to deal with. He's very knowledgeable of his location and gave us plenty of advice re transport and location etc. The lockbox with the keys were a little hard to find following the check i instructions as 2 different codes where given and the convenience store is hidden away so if you've never been to the Gold Coast before it can be a bit disoriented. However this was a small thing that was easily solved with a quick text to Jeremy who responded promptly. The pictures matched the description of the place very well and all spaces where clean and organised! We had everything we needed there and more , with there being extra things in the fridge, plenty of kitchen amenities, 2 massive tvs , one in the lounge and the bedroom and a fantastic balcony to boot with amazing views. Definitely worth the money spent 👌 Jeremy , if you are ever in Wellington , hit us up or when we are back we will hit you up for sure 👍
