Vacation rentals in Goldmine

The house is great, the location and view are perfect, and the host is very helpful and responsive. The house had a lot of great amenities, perfect for a family. Boat rental was super easy, and we enjoyed using the kayaks and standup paddle boards. Our young children loved the beach area, and the adults enjoyed the Hottub. The lake, of course, is beautiful, and the fishing good as well. We’ll definitely return.

Very cozy cabin! Had all the necessary amenities and then some. Perfect location for all the hikes my family and I wanted to do and waterfalls we wanted to see. The BBQ and hot tub are a great addition that we used as well! Instructions were very clear and helpful on how to arrive, however *I highly recommend to arrive during the daytime since it gets very dark and the cabin may be hard to find* Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and were grateful to be able to bring our dog too!

Beautiful location. Very quiet and peaceful. However very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Super friendly neighborhood. Being dog friendly helped immensely. Host was super accommodating and friendly.

Loved the place nice to have 2 bedrooms with separate bathrooms, there is only 1 small sectional in living room and it was tight with all four of us on one couch!

Such a great home in a great location. Close enough to everything at UGA and downtown Athens, but far enough away to have a more homey suburban feel. The beds are super comfortable, the giant sofa (not pictured) is awesome for lounging, all of the provided entertainment (pool table, foosball table etc) is a real bonus and the backyard is so large and private. It is perfect for morning coffee especially with the birds chirping and the deer wandering through. I will definitely book this home again for future trips to Athens.

Our family had a great time at this adorable cabin, we had three families who came from all different areas and this was the perfect spot for our families to spend quality time together! The husbands really enjoyed the fire pit and hanging out on the deck. The moms loved how spacious it was so the kids could run around and play together. The neighborhood is also very private so you don’t have to worry about cars passing through. Outside was beautiful, the scenery is so peaceful. There was plenty of privacy for each family on all 3 floors, we never felt on top of each other or crowded. The town Helen is about 16 minutes away and has a very unique look and feel to it. There were so many neat shops that sold souvenirs, candies, and fun experiences. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Awesome, beautiful, as described. You wanna get away with kids, there's much to do at very reasonable prices. This trip, for me, was private, peaceful, quiet time to get away from "the noise", was wonderful and absolutey perfect for my stay, my plans for my stay and, most importantly, the goal for my stay, QUIET. Upon leaving, my tons of questions for my life forward have been answered by the a.m. I checked out. Good decisions, end up with good/great results. Make bad decisions/choices, most likely results will not be so hot/good/satisfying. In fact, opposite, bad choices will cause more pain emotionally and physically. Definitely returning to Blue Creek., Cleveland, GA. Helen, sightseeing, is there nextdoor. All in all, this is the way to go if you're a hunter (provided you follow local hunting rules/laws, if you're a sightseer, foodie, hiker, walker. Aims to please every family member. Blue Creek Cabins is the best choice for entire family, regardless of age. LOVE BCC.
