Came to visit our daughter at ECU at watch a baseball game. Location was about 10-15 minutes to all the activities and the campus. The house was so clean and well laid out! Quiet neighborhood that was easy to find. Jennifer was so helpful with restaurant recommendations and ensuring our stay was perfect. Will definitely stay here again!! Thank you Jennifer for allowing us to use your space!

Our stay was a great landing place for my family, which includes kiddos & fur babies, during our relocation to the area. The home was clean and adorable. The beds were comfortable and the blackout curtains were great! The home was easy to find and sits in a culdesac of a VERY quiet neighborhood. Both of the neighbors were also very friendly and welcoming. We loved the extra touch of the fireplace and the logs left for use. There were a few things we needed and the host quickly responded and took care of it. We also gave feedback on a few things that may make it better for the next people to stay and they took it kindly and mentioned working on those things. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it for anyone coming through fayetteville!

We were three sets of couples came to NC for one of our best friends son memorial service. Our stay was wonderful. Samuel home made us feel right at home.Bedding was super clean and very comfortable. Made such a big difference to me. Kitchen was great with nice dishes. Pantry was stock with lots of basic items and ingredients. Towels were nice and clean. There’s nothing we could have asked to enjoy our stay. As much as we were so sad after the memorial service, once we arrived at Samuel residence it felt right us feel right at home. Samuel thank you so very much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

This house is located in a beautiful peaceful neighborhood (Stonehenge) and it’s surrounded by tall trees and flowering shrubbery. The home was very clean and comfortable and the furnishings provided a modern mid century vibe. The screened in porch and deck were great areas to relax and a couple of nights we used the fire pit out on the lawn. We were happy for visits by five or six deer during our stay and our two dogs loved the big yard, too. We appreciated the owner’s communications and she checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. We really enjoyed our time at this property and wished we could’ve stayed longer!

Miriam's place was beautiful. Our family loved the house and the yard. We stayed up to play scattergories while enjoying the serene atmosphere of the screened in porch. The house was close to local shopping and perfectly central to us as we went house shopping all over the Raleigh area. We loved that the house came with crib, toys and linens for the little ones as we were traveling with our 6 month old son. Overall will bookmark this place as I would certainly stay at Miriam's again in the future.

Our stay was so lovely that we extended 2 days and would have extended more if we didn’t have jobs to go back to and our son needs to go to school ha! It was absolutely tranquil and peaceful. The property is absolutely stunning and the interior is just as beautiful. Very well kept home with a lot of charm that made the whole experience cozy and we just didn’t want to leave. Mitch was a lovely host, always available to help if needed and we will certainly be looking this place up if we’re ever in town again, it’s a true gem!

Wow great spot . Close to all . Can walk everywhere to Uptown locations. Loved all the rooms ,decorated top line, bathroom was very well designed. Incredible Mansion with PHENOMENAL amenities (Pool, Basketball Court, putting green, ping pong, billiards, and air hockey table. Serene location with a perfect screened huge patio with 100% backyard privacy in a neighborhood with only multi million dollar homes. Not sure you could ever rent this much square footage for anywhere near the price. Wilson is the best host with everything you need for a great vacation. Thank you Wilson. You made our daughter’s college graduation week!

This is a very charming and clean home in a quiet, residential Durham neighborhood. I stayed here with four friends for our Duke reunion, and we were never more than 15 minutes away from any campus events. Our host Gayathri was very responsive to any and all questions.
