Very welcoming host. Very old house but well equipped and therefore comfortable despite the rather harsh winter climate. plenty of space available.

Miguel's studio is ideal and located very close to the tourist center of Salamanca. Juan, the doorman of the building who delivers the keys is uper friendly and attentive. We would definitely come back. The only small sticks, is you can hear the noise of the passing of vehicles down the road, but nothing that can't be supported.

Really great stay at Juan’s place! Everything was like the pictures with a good amount of amenities and a well-stocked kitchen. As we were driving, it was a great base to visit Salamanca as it was just a 10 minute drive to the city center, with paid parking spots available. Highly recommended for those driving and prefer to stay in a quieter area while not wasting too much time traveling to the city center! Thank you to Juan and your parents for the great hospitality ☺️

A Rosa is so friendly and attentive. The house is great for the price, on the fringes of the old town, 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral. It has a garage, which allows you to safely stop the car during the entire stay. For winter stays, the house is very warm and comfortable.
