In the state-approved health resort, you can enjoy a healthy and healing sea climate in the water and on land in the middle of Germany. Lots of peace and quiet - lots of greenery.

Long walks or a small bike trip, we have a lot of nature to offer and are happy to give excursion tips. The apartment (58 sqm) overlooking the countryside is located on the 2nd floor of a small three-family house (8 steep steps), 2 minutes' walk from the train station. Charmante Ferienwohnung im Stadtteil Hopfengarten. Gute Verkehrsanbindung, sowohl zur Autobahn als auch zum ÖVP. Unsere Wohnung mit separatem Eingang wartet auf euch im 1. OG unseres Hauses. Sie besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einer kleinen Küche, einem Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche sowie einem Wohnzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa, sodass wir auch 4 Gästen eine angenehme Übernachtung bieten können. Bei Bedarf steht ein Kinder-Reisebett zur Verfügung.

Hey dear guests, I am renting out a nice, bright and quiet two-room apartment with balcony. It is located on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator. The apartment is 60 square meters, newly renovated and brand new and furnished with love. However, some things like carpets and pictures are still missing at the moment. But it won't be long before the apartment is fully furnished. It is close to the university, and you can also get to the city center quickly.

Small but nice. Our cozy 30 sqm studio apartment offers the possibility to sleep 3 people. Here you will find everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and Netflix don't get bored. Free parking is available right in front of the door. The apartment is located in a historic Magdeburg neighborhood, 10 minutes walk from Neustadt train station and 10 minutes from the university. The Elbe bike path and historic harbor are also around the corner.

30 sqm studio with private terrace, barbecue and views of the large, shady garden. Due to the location in the annex of the main house (first floor), it is very quiet. A crib and highchair are provided. The apartment is close to the city center and the train station (each 500 m). City park with playground and indoor swimming pool are about 200 meters away. Free parking is available about 150 meters away. Bicycles can be safely parked in the courtyard.
