We welcome you to our "Maison du Gardien" ( The Caretaker’s House) a 19th Century distiller's house which has been lovingly renovated to create a place of contemporary design, contemplation and relaxation. Located next to our own home you can enjoy an evening meal on your own private terrace but also get the use of our pool, gym, bikes and parking on our gated property. The two bedroom house is light and airy with beautiful views over our garden which reaches down to the river Charente.

Small accommodation of 32m2, at the gates of Angouleme where your privacy will be preserved. Located in a quiet environment, annex of our main house, without neighbours, in a cul-de-sac with forest, you can park for free in front of the accommodation without worry. You will be awakened by the birdsong while being close to the N10 (1 min by car) and 3 min from the city centre (by car) or 5 min by bus. Close to all shops (convenience store, bakery, tobacco and pharmacy).

Idyllic Mill Race Apartment

Our mill is on the outskirts of the village of Champagne et Fontaine, in the Southwest of France. The Moulin La Vergne is a newly renovated 18th century water mill located on the river Lizonne. The room is a private flat with all essential amenities and a homely feel, situated directly over the historical water run which flows through the building. Our location is quiet and rural, offering a peaceful and tranquil opportunity to recharge batteries and unwind.
