We welcome you to our "Maison du Gardien" ( The Caretaker’s House) a 19th Century distiller's house which has been lovingly renovated to create a place of contemporary design, contemplation and relaxation. Located next to our own home you can enjoy an evening meal on your own private terrace but also get the use of our pool, gym, bikes and parking on our gated property. The two bedroom house is light and airy with beautiful views over our garden which reaches down to the river Charente.

Les Frênes - Malvy Island

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!

Logis des Gabariers in Plaizac (16170) offers you to stay in one of its two charming fully equipped cottages. The cottage has a large kitchen-dining lounge area, two bedrooms as well as a bathroom and toilet. You will find peace and comfort in this charming cottage in the heart of the Brasserie des Gabariers, in the small quiet village of Plaizac, 5 minutes from Rouillac. You will have a garden area of your own and access to the Logis pool.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.

Relax in this quiet and elegant countryside accommodation in an old house. A living room with lounge 2 sofas and a kitchen area with a very functional kitchenette. A large bedroom with dressing room. A large bathroom with walk-in shower. Gite in a wing of the owners' house with a separate terrace. A swimming pool will be at your disposal in summer.
