Beautiful place by the ocean!

We had a great time. The apartment is furnished with taste and attention to detail, it has everything you need to feel at home. Every night, watching the sunset from the magnificent terrace, it was a priceless dream, the view is of a poignant beauty. Beautiful apartment right next to the park in Viareggio in a quiet environment. Well-furnished and equipped. Friendly host. Only a few minutes to the beach. Busy road in the vicinity. Unfortunately, a lot of trash in Viareggio, as is often the case in Italy. Beach clubs with beach access cost between 25 and 70 euros for a family. There is also a small section of the beach that is freely accessible. We can recommend the apartment for a beach holiday.

Beautiful, clean and equipped with every comfort! Three apartments with independent entrances in a spectacular place with breathtaking views nestled in a very nice garden. Everything is taken care of in the smallest details. Newly remade pool, not very large but very nice and collected to share with the people you go on vacation with. Especially suitable for large groups of friends/family to enjoy a dreamy relaxation.

We had a great time staying at Cosimo's place. The area is perfect as a base to go on trips around Tuscany and wind down in the evening. Cosimo recommended nice local restaurants in the area that we really liked and was very responsive to any questions we had. The apartment is clean and modern with a great kitchen. The sea is only 15 minutes away by car, so you can go to the beach in the morning and on a mountain hike in the afternoon. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Carlo and Elena's. The fenced garden and pool were a real plus. Not to mention all the little touches Carlo was able to have for us, and even a gift for our little puppy. The place is peaceful surrounded by mountains with beautiful views. We would recommend this house and its host because everything was perfect!

We stayed in this house during the Lucca fair. The hosts immediately welcomed us warmly, along with the very sweet dog Luna, making us feel like we were at home. The house is located above a hill of Balbano, thus ensuring a great silence. Having a large garden, it also has ample parking, which is not to be underestimated. The house is still under renovation so it's a nice house, but with a few small fixes still missing. Overall a good experience.
