Um den Übernachtungspreis niedrig halten zu können, geben wir unseren Gästen die Möglichkeit, eigene Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitzubringen (beides aber auch gegen Gebühr ausleihbar: 10 und 5 € p.P.)

The building was completely renovated in 2022 and equipped to a very high specification. From 2025, you can now experience a modern renovated apartment & quality furnishings. Families are welcome!

Villa Larix – Full wooden house directly on the nature - lake

Villa-Larix is a wooden house with a very special living ambience. We built the wooden house to live healthy living and limited to the essentials in a relaxing location. Most of the materials come from Germany and some oak woods even come from our own Upper Lusatian Forest. You can admire the sunset directly on the lake and really relax. Please note that you currently have to expect construction site noise at a distance of about 150 m.

Our small apartment is in a rural location. You can walk to the Kottmar and the Spreequelle in 45 minutes. You can also explore the surroundings by bike. Take a break and relax in this environment. The apartment is freshly furnished and is located on the first floor in an old house. The entrance leads through a shared hallway. The stairs are a bit steep. There is a garden, where you can also relax and watch chickens.
