Monthly Rentals in Gowanus Bay

I stayed at Jason’s for about six weeks, and it was perfect. Transit was extremely close, the building was quiet and the apartment was very clean and well kept. I would absolutely recommend Jason’s place for anyone in need of a long (or short term) stay in Brooklyn.

The best stay I had so far in New York. The apartment is huge and super clean. Oh the bed was so comfortable. I felt right at home. It was walkable to the subway, only took 5- 6 minutes walk. There’s a really great grocery store near by and a laundry mat. I totally recommend this place. Anthony and Judy were so incredible and gracious to me. They even delivered me some water which was so kind. Can’t thank them enough for a wonderful stay

Marjorie’s place was perfect. It’s in a great location—away from the hustle of a lot of the city, but accessible to everything as needed. I took the ferry over to Manhattan (really easy and provides a different view of the city) and used the bus to get to the trains other times. The pier just a couple of blocks from the apartment provided a really cool spot to watch the sunset, with the Statue of Liberty in the near distance. The space was perfect for my stay as I really just needed a bed and bathroom. It was easy to find and check in. The apartment was clean and welcoming. The nearby views, restaurants, and coffee shops made this stay even better. I definitely would stay here again if in the city.

I'm glad I found this place. First off, the location! It's literally in front of sunset park and the views of Manhattan from there are breathtaking! Walked there every chance I got. Secondly, 15 mins walk to D and R/N trains so you can get to Manhattan easily. I recommend D train for it's express service. The room felt smaller than pictures but it's how it always turns out plus when you move in with luggage place obviously shrinks. But it's great for a single person. Also had Netflix, separate room without disturbance. NEVER had any issues in any aspect. We were allowed to use everything and it was a really homely environment. I would definitely stay again in future if available. Made some really good friends while there. Very sweet and friendly family and a great place to stay. Recommend 10/10
