Welcome to our home (les cloups)

The two rooms flat we let is part of our home close to the swimming pool (you can have a swim or lie down in the sun in the morning and after 4pm in June, July and August). We've got a cat and dog who love company. We live in the country but close to Gramat (shops and restaurants) and to Rocamadour , Padirac, and not far from the Dordogne valley. (Sarlat...) We will be happy to entertain people from any country (Claudine is a former English teacher and loves meeting English-speaking people).

Gîte des Rêves is situated in a quiet riverside location at the edge of a small rural commune called 'Cornus'. It is part of a larger village a few minutes away 'Cénevières', that boasts a stunning medieval chateaux. A small communal shop and a delightful brasserie, where you can have a drink in the day or enjoy a tasty meal at night. You can stay home and relax in the Gite's pretty garden, inviting pool with its river views or explore this beautiful region 'Les Causses du Quercy'.

Le logement est très bien situé pour visiter Figeac, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie ou les célèbres grottes de Pech-Merle, et aussi pour profiter des randonnées magnifiques dans la région et du canoë-kayak à quelques kilomètres dans la vallée du Célé.

My place is perfect for couples, solo travelers, families (with kids), and four-legged companions. Pool open from May 20 to October 10. Located right in the heart of the Quercy causeway at the hamlet of Lauzou 5 kilometers from Gramat, 10 km from Rocamadour and 15 km from Padirac . Hamlet from many walking paths (ideal mountain bike ride, nature activities). Close to Gramat Animal Park. Village overlooking the Alzou Valley.

Extra bed linen and towels: €9 per person. Le Bois de Faral is a gites village, respectful of the environment. Not just for the beautiful environment in the Lot, but because we humans, live in this environment that we would want as healthy as possible to be well there. Play in the pool, do nothing, watch the kids... enjoy. Not sure what to do? Don't want to do anything? We offer each other, with no sense of priorities.
