Chill area for kids on the gallery, private sauna wellness times can be booked in a relaxed manner, child-friendly beach in 10 minutes on foot. Laundry packages can be booked for a fee, early check-in & late check-out on request.

In the middle of the forest, on a clearing, 3 km from the beautiful town of Gartow, lies our special retreat. If you are looking for peace and quiet in nature and value simplicity and goodness, this is the place. The old half-timbered building, a former stable, was renovated with high quality and sustainably with natural materials. Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

The location is ideal for day trips: approx. 25min to Lübeck, 40min to Schwerin, 45min to the Baltic Sea beach or 50min to Hamburg City.

The Schwerin lake is only 4 km away, directly in the village is the Szczecin lake.

From the spacious living area with high ceiling, open truss and the glazed Tennentor (Grod Dör) you can look at the village square.
