We were very happy to find this gem for a quiet and relaxing winter getaway. Met and exceeded expectations and probably one of the cleanest places we have stayed at. Thank you Stanley! Also the extra games and little amenities, surround sound system, etc… that are included at the property really made the stay that much better.

This place was wonderful. It had everything to make you feel at home. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. From cooking, relaxing in the hot tub, playing games, going for walks and sitting by the fireplace. Yana was very quick to respond to all my questions. Nothing was missing in the well stocked kitchen. Would definitely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Verde! The hot tub and sauna were absolutely perfect and made the experience so relaxing. Amanda was incredibly responsive and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend!

My group and I loved our stay. The pool table and hot-tub were definite favourites. Tim was amazing to communicate with and very helpful, as well. Ultimately, this was our favourite Airbnb that we’ve been to and would love to be back!

I stayed at Marcia’s cabin the first week of April, as I wanted a peaceful and relaxing spring break getaway. The cabin is perfect for a quiet retreat - cozy with everything needed. The weather when I was there was mild winter weather, and although there was still lots of snow, I enjoyed sitting in the sunshine on Marcia’s beautiful back deck. This cabin is pet-friendly and my little beagle loved the fenced backyard. The cabin is two blocks from the lake, and we walked nightly to view the sunset over the vast snowy landscape. The cabin had everything I needed, including soft luxurious bedding, coffee bar, wood stove, and the relaxation that comes with a cozy wood cabin. I hope to return either in the summer months when the lakes and parks are active, or again in late winter when seeking rest and relaxation.

Really lovely cabin in the woods for a quick winter getaway. Kim was always communicative and the Airbnb was exactly as described, if not better. The bedrooms were comfy and the whirlpool tub was really fun and relaxing! I also really appreciated that the listing was pet-friendly - we brought our cat, and he loved basking in the sun and watching squirrels from the window sills. Overall, great value and lovely place to stay. Thank you!

We had an amazing weekend at Stephanie's charming cabin! The bonfire was wonderfully warm, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxing evenings under the stars. The room was cozy and inviting, making us feel right at home. The cabin is well-equipped and in a peaceful location, perfect for a quiet retreat. This beautiful cabin has the most fully stocked kitchen I have ever seen, a coffee/ wine bar, lovely dining and living room area to play games/ relax and quiet bedrooms. All this and pet friendly too! Only a short walk to Lake Winnipeg.

Once again I had a terrific stay at Grant's place! I was here for work and my time in the area has come to and end but if I'm ever around, this will be the first place I'll go.

It was a great experience, me and my friends hasd soo much fun. Love both the exterior’s and interior’s. Appliances and cutleries are complete. Everything we need are there. Sooo comfy and clean. We’ll definitely come back in this cabin.

Great place to stay with 3 bedrooms and perfect for 4 guys ice fishing. The 1.5 bathroom was great for getting ready or morning calls. Lots of room for fishing gear and winter clothes. The kitchen was great for making all our meals along with a big fridge.

I spent 2 days at this place with my family and it was amazing experience for me. I would highly recommend. Everything was perfect and we enjoyed every bit of it. Thank you so much Rachelle for having such a beautiful place. I would definitely want to visit it again

We really enjoyed our stay here! Very spacious cabin with everything you would need for a comfortable stay, and a large covered porch great for relaxing or playing games. Alyson and her family were very responsive and helpful. And the location was great - close to a couple gas stations/convenience stores, as well as several main beaches, but also just an 8-minute walk through beautiful forest trail to get to an awesome stretch of quiet beach which we mostly had to ourselves. Was a relaxing escape from the city!

Couldn't have asked for more. Great location, well kept, new everything, VERY well supplied - bring clothes, your toiletries and food and you're set. Was surprised at just how well it was supplied, had every pot, pan and dishware we needed, cleaning supplies, you name it. Will admit the vacuum cleaner outsmarted us, but we got by and made it work lol.

Wonderful place, great peaceful location, lovely new neighborhood and the place was well organized and very clean! The only things lacking were kitchen utensils and large frying pans.

The Lemon Drop is a very cute, spacious place for a couple or small family to stay. The decor is homey and, well, lemony. The kitchen was adequately stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, S&P, and the water in the fridge was a nice touch. Very high iron smell and taste in the tap water at this location. Bedroom walls are classic cottage walls - not much privacy as you could hear everything between main room and bedrooms. Asking for laundry to be started, floors cleaned, surfaces wiped, dishes washed is a tough one. I don't know if the previous renters washed towels or dishes with hot water and soap. We brought towels and I washed dishes before and after I used them. The linens and floors were pristine. It seemed everything the turnover crew did was clean and ready. All considered, I would stay again. Location is great! We walked to downtown Winnipeg Beach 2x (20 mins each way) along the lake. We watched fireworks and sunrises from the main bedroom through the trees. Just lovely.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful experience at Cheryl's place. From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless. The check-in process was smooth and the communication with the host was prompt and clear. The home was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook a few meals, and the living area was cozy with plenty of entertainment. What really stood out, was the location. It was in a safe, quiet neighborhood, with fenced area. We are thankful and appreciated the personal touches, like welcome note, wine, water bottles and kitchen essentials. It’s clear that Cheryl truly cares about making their guests feel at home and pamper their guests with warm welcome to their home. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely return in the future. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area! Thank you for everything Cheryl.
