Not available for nighttime events and loud music. Maximum capacity: 30 people. Overnight stays only for two peple.

We have a double bed and an original 19th-century Victorian bed for extra guests, a powerful ceiling fan and Air Condistioning, for use if the temperature soars. We have a microwave to heat fast food and a refrigerator to keep fresh drinks and snacks
