Monthly Rentals in Grand Lake Towne

This was our 2nd trip to this place. Everything is as described. Rex is a great host. He is always available if you need anything.

I can't put into words how much we loved our stay! Already planning to come back. We fell in love with the area and atmosphere. Only thing missing was our dog. I would recommend this place over and over!!

Absolutely stunning views, gorgeous home and exactly as pictured. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. We hardly saw or heard another person. It was truly as enjoyable as it could get. I had arrived shortly after a heavy rainstorm so one of the three possible routes was flooded over so I reached out to Noemi for assistance and she contacted me almost immediately to help me find another way around. Very kind and prompt.

Our stay here was perfect! The view of the water and the secluded area surrounded by nature made for a memorable weekend that my wife and I will for sure have to have again. There was pretty rough weather during our stay, but the views from the hot tub and from the deck while it was coming down added a gorgeous layer to the experience. Bonus: The other cabin is far enough away that outside of seeing a vehicle parked there, I would've never known anyone else was renting it out. it was so quiet and peaceful! Important info: 1. The hot tub is super well maintained and clean. It has lights, Jets, and actual little seats to be comfy in while you soak. The Mrs. And I loved it. 2. Please make sure you read and understand the description on the driveway! It's a pretty steep incline to get down to the cabin, but my little Mazda 3 made it just fine. 3. AC/Heater works great! Lastly, the host was great and answered all my questions. We can't wait to come back here!
