This is a beautiful, relaxing retreat in the woods with a large open field in the back for your dogs to run around. This renovated barn is furnished with lots of wood and rustic decor so you feel right at home in comfortable surroundings. This barn is close to Traverse City, hiking, acres of state land, and numerous trails, lakes, and rivers. Wi-Fi is a blackbox till starlink becomes available. Very clean Itaska Cambria 30 foot Class C motorhome. RV is located on part of a wonderful, 10 acre home site. Located in the heart of Leelanau County, Sleeping Bear National Lake Shore is 20 minutes to the west and Traverse City is 15 minutes east. A full bathroom and washer/dryer are located in the bonus room located in the adjacent pole barn. There is also a sleeper/sofa in the bonus room. Free firewood is on site. Youtube tv, Netflix and Paramount plus onsite. Free WiFi included.
