It is quiet with a garden of 3 hectares (unenclosed) with a large heated swimming pool, this one is secured by an approved bar cover. Kitchen, living room, dining room, 7 bedrooms including 2 doubles (possibility of 2 more doubles) and 3 bathrooms and shower. All amenities less than 5 minutes, 15 minutes from Nantes, 50 minutes from the beaches and 1 hour from Puy du Fou.

Old 19th century farmhouse carefully eco-renovated, on the edge of the Parc du Château du Haut Gesvres and at the gates of Nantes. 110 m2 house comprising a large living room + open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the heart of the farm and its quiet and wooded environment. Close to the center of Treillières and 10 minutes from the Tram. The farmhouse houses the cottage and the owners' home at the other end of the building.

Unusual set in the countryside. Ecological construction (lime, hemp and sand), consisting of 2 domes: a small bedroom and a living room. In the annex, a summer kitchen with the essentials (dishes, utensils, small fridge, 2 gas burners...) an outdoor shower and sink and dry toilet. This accommodation is supplied with water from a well (we will provide drinking water) and electricity. This round habitat is very cozy and warm.
