Everything is great, recommended

We had a great time in Avignon. The host is responsive, available and very kind. The size of the listing is suitable for couple. The sea view is sublime and the building's swimming pool is very nice. The beach is a 5min walk, it was a pleasure to walk day or night. Small negative: the accommodation deserves a little refresh (the glass window was broken, the shower clogged, the furniture very old, the uncomfortable beds...) We will keep fond memories of this vacation:)

Immaculate apartment and very spacious. The balcony is very big and comfortable. Short walk to supermarkets, marina and town. Perfect location. Would recommend.

A great accommodation, perfect location, we were very comfortable in your house. We felt very comfortable and above all in a family environment, so much so that the days were flying by, we want to repeat again without hesitation. I recommend it 1000% and 2000%

We had a super time at Apartamento Flora. It was not massive on the inside but was perfectly big enough for the 5 of us, especially because the weather was glorious and we spent most of the time on the fabulous, sunny terrace. The bed was very comfy, the internet was fast enough to do video calls and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. There was a nice swimming pool up the back of the apartment block which was very quiet. But the best thing about it was the location. Sooo close to El Portet beach and then only a short walk into Moraira. And Fran was great on the comms which made everything super easy - thank you Fran. I highly recommend.

Our experience at Cristian and Minerva's house has been very good. We felt right at home, very comfortable... The house was very clean and cared for, fully equipped, a 10 of 10. Very good location, close to all kinds of services and amenities, accessible beach walking, close to the Albufera and Valencia city... Cristian and Minerva were very friendly and gave us a lot of flexibility when entering and leaving. A place to remember very positively, for everything... Looking forward to repeating again in the future. Thank you very much for everything!

Both amparo and Paula (co-host) were super responsive and friendly. They are wonderful hosts and super content with the house. It is in a very quiet area and right on the beach, of course it is a stay that we would repeat in a time that can be enjoyed 100% of the location right on the beach and the pool of the house. It's exactly what you see in the photos as well as being a cozy home. An experience of 10 ☺️

Everything was wonderful. Paula was very helpful and accommodating. Location 1-2 minutes' walk from the beach. Apartment as advertised, everything tip top. Garage with table tennis was a good change and a lot of fun 👍🏼

Emilio was lovely from the first intante, he sent us the necessary information by message, he made it easier for us to enter the house earlier and to be able to leave later if we did not touch. At all times very friendly and charming. The fineness of the orange trees is more beautiful than what can be seen in the photos. All the work where we stay is new, with good finishes and premium appliances. Exelente gusto para la decoración. The pool and BBQ area is the cherry on the cake. And in case it was not enough, we were offered to eat all the orange we could eat, it must be said, an orange of the highest quality. Great place for a couple of nights, I can recommend!

Great stay, lovely place and easy to get into town. Lots of outdoor space. Easy parking. Would advise bringing your own beach/pool towels as only 2 towels provided. Thanks so much for a great trip!

Had a great week and fantastic views! Communication was very nice, got an immediate answer. The only downside was that we couldn't use the washing machine.

The apartment is as seen in the photos, everything is clean and with everything you need to spend a few pleasant days. Susana is always attentive, quick communication and very flexible with check-in and check-out times, a totally recommended place.

Another fabulous stay. 3rd time staying there and as usual it was perfect. One negative, which was out of the owners hands, there was works gong in the apartment above and we were woken up early each morning with either hammering or drilling. Anyway thank you for letting us use your apartment.

We were very comfortable. Comfortable, quiet apartment and ideal for going with little ones. The access to the pool, the proximity to the beach, and the park… a tipzo. Maybe the sofa and the big bed could be a more comfortable pelin, but it is compensated with everything else. The host, Carmen, a sweetheart. Very attentive to everything and answered immediately, very close and made us feel very comfortable. We will certainly love to come back.

I had a longer stay at Dan’s apartment and everything was just as described. What stood out most was the beautiful sunset view in the evenings—over the hills and the surrounding landscape. It often reminded me of Tuscany. A peaceful and memorable experience.

A very nice and well furnished apartment. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. They were very flexible at the entrance and the welcome bag was a touch. Very well equipped kitchen and nice and functional front garden (we dined and ate several times there). Also in the restaurant that is around the corner, they prepare rice to take home. The rooms are upstairs are large, bright, and comfortable beds.
